This is our last time at this resort and judging by the other ems to be the last of others as well. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn't ready (this has happened almost every time we have been here though). The rooms are dated and we didn't find them clean like they used to be. This is so ridiculous and not sure if they think guests are thieves for towels. They have now taken away all the perks - no more fudge for returning guests, no more shutterfly coupons for creating memory book and now the worst - they have this crazy new towel policy that you have to sign out and worry about each towel or they will charge you for it. First, we have stayed at this great wolf tons of times. Clearly, I question whether anyone from corporate even reads these reviews because you will see how many negative reviews there are by scrolling through. ![]() Much like the other reviews, this hotel is old, dated, has long waits to check in, terrible new towel policies.
